*Please note, the shipping policy is only applicable to physical items. Digital items like printables will be emailed to you or ready for instant download after your payment is received.

 

Where do you ship?
Currently, Bacalaito ships to the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, at the moment we do not ship to the state of California and international countries, including Canada. We plan to add these destinations in the future, please stay tune.
 
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order has been placed, we usually process it within 2-5 business days, then you should add shipping times on top of that. On average, we sent out orders within 3 days of ordering, and our estimated shipping deliver times is within 3-8 business days. Keep in mind that during the holidays, shipments may be delayed by a few days, please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Do all items in orders always ship together?
If you purchased multiple items, we will sometimes ship them separately so that they can get to you as fast as possible. Don't  worry, you should receive your other items shortly. Please contact us if you have any questions.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products and digital items. However, Bacalaito Designs has a 30-day return policy on any item that is unwashed, unused, and in the same condition as you received it. Please read our Refund Policy for more details. 
 
How long does it take to process the return or exchange?
Once your item is received and inspected, we will immediately notify you by email of the approval of rejection of your return. If approved, you can exchange for another item, take a store credit or take a refund. 
 
What do I do if my items arrived damaged?
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. The first step is to send us an email at contact@bacalaito.com with pictures of your damage items upon arrival within seven (7) calendar days, and we will send a replacement.
